Hand carved linocut reduction print.
This print is of an Indian Runner Duck. These ducks were printed using the reduction method, which means each separate layer (4 layers total) was printed from the same block, which was carved a bit more after each layer. This means the block is destroyed at the end of the process, and the print can never be reprinted.
Ducks are printed on Strathmore printmakers paper measuring 14"x5.5", and are printed using various combinations of Speedball professional relief inks and Cranfield safe wash and traditional oil inks.
Ducks are available in 6 different colors: Pink, Green, Teal, Gray, Brown, and Yellow.
Because each print is handmade, each will be slightly varied, and no two will be exactly the same.
Each print is numbered, titled, and signed.
